Adam Gray (CA-13)

Incumbent

Congressman Adam Gray represents California’s 13th Congressional District. Before being elected to Congress, Adam served as a California Assemblymember, where he fought against the state water grab, increased funding for public safety, wrote the bill to suspend the gas tax, and paved the way for rural health care expansion at the University of California, Merced. His strong record is why members of the law enforcement community and Republicans alike supported Adam to run for Congress. Today, Adam serves on the House Agriculture and the Natural Resources Committees, where he has demonstrated a strong, independent voice on water infrastructure, healthcare access, transportation, and economic competitiveness.

Adam flipped a Central Valley seat in 2024, winning by 187 votes in the nation’s closest race of 2024, and faces another tight race in 2026.
